I actually went in to buy a Giotto machine, but because they let me make coffee for myself on different machines, I ended up settling on a Diamond Italia (which was slightly cheaper) and a Compak K3 grinder. The guys were more like a comedy duo than a sales team and even brought in a service technician when I asked a curly question about the steaming capabilities. They gave me plenty of coffee making and maintenance tips and even suggested I bring in my coffee beans so they could calibrate the grinder to suit my beans. This saved me heaps of time.
